There are more medical equipment and diagnostic imaging parts to examine the patients.
Today we discuss the Ultrasound machine. This is a very sensitive equipment which needs the regular maintenance which will help us to examine the people accurately and captures an image with good quality. The ultrasound machine is consisting the several parts like a transducer, monitor, CPU, etc.
This is used to diagnosis the internal diseases of the patients. Mainly its use for the stomach disease. The sonographer is controlling the frequency of ultrasound and waves emitting. The machine is in regular maintenance check crispness of images from the control panel, replace the damaged parts of the machine. Any malfunctioning will cause faulty imaging and unresponsive user pointer interface..
Maintenance of Monitors
The monitor of ultrasound machine is like the television and computer screens. The sonographer used the screen while examining. You can see the scan image of the internal system and you can also freeze the image the check properly and help to diagnosis.While maintenance monitor keeps in mind the monitor screen tube will be neat and clean. The CRT tube should be maintained. The screen buttons should be work properly.
Maintenance of Transducer.
This is the main component of the machine this is used to scan the body. This is the hand held part which is directly contacted with patient’s body. This device creates the images on the screen. This device emitted the rays to create images. This device is very costly. The transducer has piezoelectric crystals that emit ultrasound waves when the machine is switched on.Due to its price we have to maintain this device properly. Put away from the height because if the transducer gets some crack it will not work.So this is the most sensitive device. While examination this should be clean. The wires of the device properly packed after use.

ReplyDeleteDisplay is also a very important factor during maintenance of ultrasound machine. It is the part that both the operator and the patient sees when the ultrasound is taking place, but more importantly when the analysis happens. A clear display, showing the full details of the ultrasound is vital in providing a full diagnosis. If it does not, then a replacement should be fitted.
It is very important to check all of the connections are plugged in properly. Look carefully at the integrity of the wiring, cables, and transducers. Swap cut or frayed areas with backup supplies immediately.
