This is the main component of the machine this is used to scan the body. This is the hand held part which is directly contacted with patient’s body. This device creates the images on the screen. This device emitted the rays to create images. This device is very costly. The transducer has piezoelectric crystals that emit ultrasound waves when the machine is switched on.Due to its price we have to maintain this device properly. Put away from the height because if the transducer gets some crack it will not work.So this is the most sensitive device. While examination this should be clean.
